Insurance claim, take it to the best body shop in your area.

This may sound funny but it worked for me once. I used a toilet plunger to pull a big dent like that out of my door. You might could even use one of those glass carrying suction cups they sell at Walmart in the automotive dept. Depending on if it creased anywhere, you might still have to take it to the body shop. Any chance there were any security cameras around when it happened? Hope you catch the a-hole that did it.

toilet plunger wont work on that, its is across body lines the fender lip in the rear is torn. cab corner needs to be pulled looks like the front fender flare is popped loose as well did they get you down the entire side?

body shop may opt to replace the entire bed side, your probably looking at min $2500 in repairs at a body shop just from what i can see in the picts if they got you across the entire side it could go up from there.

that's a very good price. i was thinking they started further up. always hard to judge from pictures but i think id jump on that price. body shops around here would charge that much just to paint the door and bedside before any labor. black is a tough color shows every little imperfection in there work.
