So I've been doing my research, hunting for my ideal pickup. I bought a 1995 f150 5.0 2wd ext cab short bed. The truck was ideal for me being that I already own a 1992 f150 single cab flareside. With the luck I have one rainy morning and older lady felt the urge to stop be for a turn on a state road, I locked up the brakes and cut the wheel into the ditch and sure enough my truck became a predator of the telephone pole. Needless to say the frame was bent and the truck was put out of commission. Now back to the 95', so driving this truck daily I steadily found all its issues. Over heating, exhaust leak tranny slipping/vibrating. Recently I replaced everything in the cooling system, radiator fan fan clutch fan clutch pulley water pump upper and lower radiator hoses cooling elbow cooling elbow extensions coolant temp sensor and temp sensor connector, flushed the block sevral times filled up on coolant and never looked back. For some reason the previous owner had NO thermostat, bypassed the throttle body and had a few cooling lines plugged. Also the interiors of my hoses and fitting were so broke down they were practically useless. Next to resolve was transmission issues. The previous owner had told me he thought he needs a sensor in the rear end for abs , speed and overdrive? I was more than confused as I never heard of such sensor. Ran through all.my issues, blinking o.d. No Speedo abs light and parkbrake light also slight sliiping and violent vibrating. Well the fuse was out. Simple Fix for blinking od light speedo and vibrating issue. Now the abs brake lights, low on brake fluid. All simple fixes to all the issues I had. Now I've got an exhaust leak and some tiny 225 tires. And my front bumper valance is almost touching the ground yet the rear bumpers 2 foot off the ground so I ordered some supreme suspensions coil spacers 2.5 inch and a set of 33 12.50s, installed the spacers had the tires mounted and balanced, the front wont fit. Cut the bumper and magic I got them to fit. They rub a little at full lock and around some hard turns. One of my big questions is whether to swap out the ttb front end from my 92 and stick it under my 95 for a the added inch or two of lift and b the option to convert over to a 4x4 trans. Also all my ttb parts have lifetime Warrentys and I could have them replace at no cost. Is this a bad Idea? Should I FI the camber and leave the 2wd? I
