Don't post anymore questions on the glow plugs until you've read through the stickies, the answers are there, trust us. Don't tell the current owner how easy the system is to fix (it is pretty easy unless the wiring is royally screwed), it could be a good bargaining point to drive the price down.
But please post up some pictures if you get the truck, and feel free to browse around and search if you have other questions, there's a lot of good knowledge on here.
