so in my 12 f150 the power ports stayed active all the time . it seems in my new 15 xl sport the ports will shut off after a predetermined amount of time. lets say an hour which sucks if you want to leave a device plugged in to charge and it cuts off early. Any body know how to shut off this "timer" or anyone also displeased with this feature?

I could live with a hour mine shuts off after twenty minutes which I hate. Have yet to find a way to keep it on. Might have to directly wire one of them to a always on supply to power my cooler.
Since the front power port powers my vehicle dual DVR, powering off after 20-60 minutes is a good thing for me. Does anyone know the actual time and does it apply to all the power ports?
yeah im actually not sure how long the port stays on probably more like 20 mins. It would be nice to charge up my dash cam over night instead of taking it in with me
Does anyone know for sure if the timer can be reprogrammed with IDS to stay hot? I leave my work phone on charge in my 15 so I don't forget it. It would be nice if you could program at least one to stay hot.
