alternator
depends ???/ do you NEED a larger one??? not kidding...
up till the 1980's the largest one was 63 amps.. and you had to have air conditioning and power windows..
few vehicles need one larger then 100 amps. WANT is another story.

Alternator
Just thought I'd ask. It's all stock. Not even heated mirrors. Wasn't sure if there was some upgrade that was necessary or not. Thanks
Do you plan on some major add on stuff? CB, GPS, scanner, off road or emergency lights, winch, auxiliary air compressor? Higher amperage sound system or accessories with higher amp draw?
I would upgrade if needed for those things. If not it doesn't hurt anything but it's just spending money to say you got a 215 amp alternator
