The predator doesn't work pre-99. You can get the Superchips Microtuner, it works on the 97's....I know
The pre-99's apparently don't pose enough of a market for them to be working on anytime soon. I was told it could be a year or more before they get around to making them for older years....if they do..

You can get the Chip or SCMT ...
why would the people at motorhaven send a msg saying that it works on 94 and up if it wont, man thats $400 bucks and a lot of trouble if it wont work
What I said would work with your truck is the Superchips Microtuner, it works with all 1994.5 - 2003 F250/F350/E250/E350/Excursions with the 7.3L. The Diablo Predator works with 1999 and newer.
well i called the 800 number for predator and the gal says nope only 99-03 so i guess its a super tuner or nothing, i really want the real time readings and diagnostics more than the power changes
i can only guess ken missed the year of my 97 truck
