Came across a couple online wiring sources; Old Car Project, but seems only covers the 64 F100-F750: 1964 F100 - F750 Wiring Diagrams - The Old Car Manual Project
Another source, if pictures are of any help, one would need the Master Catalog CD to decipher. Ford Truck Technical Drawings and Schematics - Section I - Electrical and Wiring
I purchased the 65 F100-F750, wiring diagram from Jim Osborn Reproduction, Inc. for $7 plus shipping, which I wore out and intend replacing. I use to post pic's from the manual stored on a 'free photo storage website' but once the site offered an upgrade at a cost seems a virus somehow surfaced for those who do not pay?; anyhow, that's a discussion in another forum.

Purchased the laminated color schematic, seem to recall on ebay, but I found it some what cumbersome tracing the circuit?
