LOL ask a question get an answer. I guess I was asking more about these being as good or better then the OEM. The general thought here was OEM gaskets and ARP studs is the "best" setup. Well, if I'm going to use the studs then I don't need the bolts the OEM gaskets come with. These are just the gaskets and cost less.
If your going to do push rods i would do the lifters while the heads are off just to be 100% i pulled mine out and checked them and alot of them were really rough so i changed them just to be sure. I also have only used the stock gaskets with the studs. Havent had to open them back up yet. I got mine off ebay it was a kit that came with gaskets studs and stand pipes for i think 700

You cheated cause your engine was already out LOL. No, that would be ideal. To replace all the lifters I would need to separate the motor from the trans and remove the HPOP. Not out of the quesion tho.
