I think those valve covers look awesome in there Mike. That oval air cleaner would look Bad Azz as long as it'll clear the firewall. Testosterone express.
thanks Jefffafa, measured the HEI and air cleaner will clear but now I have to measure Firewall .
got the PCV fix trip to Autozone
1 twist in chrome cap
1PCV valve
1 PCV grommet
1 Dodge PCV elbow
1 Emission hose (help section)
drilled a 1" hole in top of chrome cap , pulled foam out .
made a ring of Epoxy putty squished to underside of cap to fill breather holes .
all set just need to put on pebbles .
one of the reasons I wanted to switch Valve covers , already in the works .
as for the Windshield washer , I don't have a reservoir or pump so hoses won't do any good :-P
Here is my attempt to "make evra body happy". Ford did have some wire separators that fit 8 mm wires to go on the valve covers there. Unknown if yours will fit though. I am assuming they may be cheap enough to try Mike. Part number was D7AZ12297B.
thanks , I need to verify my wire size , memory says 9mm .
I am trying to find my receipt for Dizzy/wires
worse case I know after market has them too but will say Moroso or Accel or something on them .

It's been many years since I had my Mustang but as I recall I bought some of the Motorsport 9MM wires and still used the 8MM separators that were on my 302. I think I sprayed a tad bit of WD40 on the wires and then twisted the wires in to the separators. Sliding them in that way instead of trying to cram them in and cutting the outer silicone covering.
I went with the 2" aluminum spacer too.
Make sure the type of spacer matches the intake manifold. If the manifold has 4 holes, get the matching spacer. If the manifold is one big square opening, match it.
If you don't match them the turbulence in the manifold will cause a loss of power. I know...
