Wheels and tryres

Hi,
as I am approaching finishing getting my truck ready for a road worthy.

One of the two last things I need to do is get new tyres.

The ones on it now are BF Goodrich AT 35 x 12.5.
I cant find the date on them. However the tyres bulge at the side wall in places, so I am guessing a good idea to change?

Also on the wheels I cant find a size stamp on them.
Their 15" rims, but not sure on the width?

There is a big price different between 33" and 35" so not sure what to go with.

You need to determine whether the tryres are bad... are the dry rotted or have small cracks on the sidewall or tread? What is the tread depth? What is the tryre model and brand????

What is the intended use of the truck?
What are your axle ratios?
What proportion of the intended use is or will be off-road?
Is MPG important to you?
What transfer case is installed?
Manual trans or auto transmission?
What model trans?

I do believe with the spelling of "tyres" he/she is foreign. Perhaps British? Aussie? Dont know.
