your rockers definitely look different.
the spacing on the roller tip are opposite
i hope to get my cam in today, and use a modified stock pushrod to determine the exact length and check for alignment issues.

Can you post some more pictures of the rockers. I would like to add them to my info on HS.

I am not sure why yours are different. I would think they should be the same as mine. I know the time frame from when I gave the rockers to Steve at the machine shop to the final product was about to three month of changes and sending them back and fourth using fedex I spent about 200.00 on shipping.

Here is a picture of Allen's rockers. Allen and I were the first two that ordered them. Allens are way different then mine and he had them radically changed. The machine shop and I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why Allen made such a wild change to his. We talked to HS for days and they could figure out why as well. I don't criticize others for there build as I am not directly involved with the build or there personal requirement.

I find it better to ask experts their opinion and keep the results to myself.

That's odd... it almost looks as if those rockers are on the wrong sides, If you look at how the rollers are centered on Robert's rockers (I actually took the original photo) it looks as if comparing it to yours that the rockers are on the wrong side... I could be wrong but on first look that could be it... I know Robert and our Machinist (Steve) had to send them back for fitment a few times... it could very well be that the tips were the issue.. it's been so long I honestly can't remember either

Had HS pre-assembled these?

it could be very possible that the shafts were pressed in incorrect.

i am a machinist by trade myself,
but these are going to need some work, either i repress the rocker shafts in, or something else.

the roller tips are going to have to come off also, i dont like the clearences inbetween the roller tip and the rocker itself.

just gonna wait and see what Mile @ H&S has to say.
i think im the 3rd owner of these roller rockers. and the 3rd pain in the @$$ for Mike LOL

and he charged me 100 dollars more ...

with any R&D (research and development, not the company) there are bound to be hiccups.
i have used H&S rockers for over 2 decades and this is the first problem ive ever encountered.

this is what we get for wanting our valvetrain to live longer, and have all of the coolest stuff!
but i bet you guys dont have aluminum return line caps for your injectors

ill stick with the harlands, get them dialed, and hopefully get them to give me their awesome orange anodizing!

update:
the alignment issue has been corrected.
when HS put the rockers together, they got the rocker arms backwards.
some shuffling around, and they seem ok now except for the fact that stock pushrods are too long, but i expected that.
thank ole Henry J that the rocker shaft wasnt a press fit

the previous pics were the rockers mocked up out of the shrink wrapped package.

i think im good to go now, still interested on the issues you guys had with these.

and i still want to press the roller tips out and clearance the rocker to the tip wee bit more.
