Looking for real horse power between two trucks

first im a chevy guy so i know nothing about ford motors really Ok first truck is an 86 ford f-150 super crew 5.0 second is a 2000 ford lariat 4.6 . First question is can I swap the heads on the 5.0 to the 4.6 liter doubt I can but dont know unless I ask . Second question can I put a 4.6 liter intake from a mustang 4.6 on my truck and would it help . I know im going to do the basics on one of the trucks or the other headers intake gears pulleys ive heard you cant put 5.4 liter heads on the 4.6 liter. Or should I swap the 86 motor with the 2000 motor ? Will the 5.4 liter intake manifold bolt to the 4.6 liter. Both are automatic trans can I swap the rear end diff ? Emmission test I can get around but the heads on the 2000 model need rebuilding so thats the reason im starting this little project I am a mechanic so I realize if I put the 2000 motor in the 86 the computer must follow . Can I swap the front clip of the 00 to the 86 for looks. Any ideas or opinions would be appreciated ive done frankenstein swaps before just need some one withh real
knowledge to get me pointed in the right direction .electric fans are a must of course . I know the bolt pattern between the heads are the same doesnt mean it will work . Is the engine to trans bolt patterns the same ? I think from what I said yall get my drift I dont care wich one I keep I want hp for work and something diffrent you dont see every day hp for the 4.6 is 220 the 5.0 is 175 the 86 had front end damage both are fuel injected . Im a big fan of rat rods and I perfer the 86 due to the 4dr and dual gas tanks both are 2 wheel drive auto v8 obviously or I woudnt even be thinking about this or asking.if your just gonna tell me to do the basics save your time I already know that. Im looking for info on heads cam crank manifolds and body design and brakes I want to go fast but I want to shut it down as well.

P.S. I own a large lathe 18 × 40 and mill and welder/ cutting torch would prefer the 86 but the 00 is all the same to me. This truck will be for work and camping.

So let me know what would swap and yalls ideas fyi im in texas so emission laws are weak and no super charger im all NA.

2003 engine swap into 2010

I dont think you can do that legally . If your gonna put a motor in a vehicl it has to be a newer moto then the vehicle . Not saying it cant be done but getting it inspected will be a real hassle.

The 5.4 heads will work on a 4.6 the intake will not. The 5.4 and 4.6 share almost all components but the stroke is longer on the 5.4 making for a taller and wider block. a mustang PI intake, heads and cams will bolt on and give a hp bump but the low end torque will drop off so depending on your usage that may not be good.
