water pump for 262

water pump for 262
Collecting parts for the 64 for this winter. I am thinking the water pump should probably be replaced as a preventative measure. Not finding any for the 262. Would this by any chance take the same pump as the 223? Those are widely available.

Different water pump, but read this post from NumberDummy. I still see 12 of these water pumps available. Green Sales Company lists 9 and Dennis Carpenter lists 3.

Amazing that that post was from 2013 and there are still a few available. Thanks for the help. Went to rear counter and sent pricing request to both Carpenter and Green. What the heck will people do when those 12 are gone???
