2003 Expedition will not start. help!

2003 Expedition will not start. help!

My truck was running fine. When i arrived home and then tried to leave to go to store it would not crank. All lights on dash come on. Battery is fine. Has new starter and alternator. If i disconnect the battery for a few hours it will start and go for awhile then shut down again. The theft light by windshield normally blinks when parked but it is not. If i disconnect battery the reconnect the theft light blinks really fast then regular then no light.

An observation learned the HARD way: Just because a part is new does not assure it is "good". It's only "good" when you have proven it to be so.

Describe exactly what observations you've made when it "shuts down".

I had these parts tested. Battery is fully charged. Car will start up fine one hour and the next it will not even crank.

Only thing I noticed differently about it is the antitheft light on dash
