Need a #Please
I removed the engine/transmission, original straight axle and all hardware that was in the way of installing a CV IFS. I marked the center line of the straight axle for future reference. Now for the number I need. I have read that the IFS should be moved forward 1 to 11/2 inches. Is there a measurement that anyone could provide such as from a known point on the original frame to the center of the front CV IFS bolt holes. I don't want to use the swag method or reinvent the wheel, just want to get it right the first time. Many thanks for the feedback.
