ok fellows, lets try this again. I didnt get a response from my last question, so I'll try again. I am wanting to upgrade my air intake on my 2001 superduty 4x4 powerstoke with 4 inch dynomax exhaust from turbo back with 5"stainless tip, 4" superlift with 315/75/16 BFG all-terrains. theirs a little bit bout my truck so can anyone tell me about this AIS severe duty intake kit that is not a performance upgrade just a better intake than the one on my truck. anyone no something about this kit. would really like to get someones views on this intake. thanks.
Give people some time to respond.....definitely more than a little over an hour....... .
Anyway if you want info about the AIS there was a post about it in the 7.3 PSD forum.....CLICK HERE to read it.
It is not designed to be a high performance intake.........just a better option than the stock air box.
If you are looking for increased air flow to run a chip or programmer or module than look into the AFE intake or Tymar.......if you run a search in the PSD forum you will find a lot of info about both. They each have their fans.....
