This 302 waterpump is missing the third waterpump bolt holes too. You see any leaks?
If two hole per port will work for your application I have no more hesitation using it on mine. I will use what I have and save all the info those have given me just in case it becomes necessary somewhere down the road.
You'll get used to my razzing over time, or learn to hate me lol. You should try to get the exact waterpump Nathan posted on your thread. It appears exactly correct. I suspect the third inboard hole may not matter but I don't know that with certainty. I do know there are about a half dozen major variations of timing covers. There are many more waterpump variations. When I was trying to solve the 60-80s waterpump puzzle years back I know there were a dozen different waterpumps available from the aftermarket catalog buyers guide. Truthfully I think it was actually closer to 20. Some mixing and matching apparently works. Study the gasket and components closely before you assemble and you will likely know if you are good. If still unsure rent a cooling system pressure tester. You'll solve it. And I hate it for you. Way too much changing was going on back then.
Ok, trying again. (I hate to be beaten by a machine).
If this works, the first pic is my new seats as they are being done. The second is the inspiration. They are stock Focus seats.
Photobucket does work but I was unaware you can post straight from your computer now. You might play with that as it should be simple now that it is allowed.
I was posting direct. Then, about a month or so ago, it stopped. I couldn't post at all
Welcome to internet forums. Their software and rules change through the years. Issues arise and get solved eventually. It's not just here. IMO, FTE is far above average overall.
I am not bad mouthing this or any other site. I am a member on numerous sites and have seen this come and go. I just never liked the idea of creating a picture place. I never used Photobucket and don't use the cloud.
A couple of the other sites I am on use this same format, No problems, yet. But that could change. As you said.
