Hey everyone, I've owned a handful of ford trucks, all which were 96 or older both gas and diesels. I currently own an 83 f250 with a 351w and a c6 trans. It's a standard cab long bed. I have the option to trade it to a co worker for a 98 F250 light duty that is an extended cab short bed, with the 4.6 in it. His reason for trading is because he wants a full size bed and doesn't care about the extended cab. I prefer the ext cab. It's not a DD, so mpg doesn't really matter. I have zero experience with the 4.6 in these trucks as far as their reliability. Cosmetically the trucks are about equal body wise, his interior is immaculate mine is rough. They both run well, mine has 198k on it his has 250k on it. Mainly looking for yalls opinions on if it would be a good trade on my part.
