Pat we go all out for Christmas. Now that I am at home it will be even better. We will start with the lights on the house. We also have a 30' Christmas tree built out of lights. We wont turn the lights on until after Thanksgiving. Its just a lot to put up.

Robert, I do the same. I usually don't start until the week of Thanksgiving. But, with the nice weather we're having now, I may actually put the lights up on the house this week. Like you, I won't turn them on until after Thanksgiving. I'll save all the ground decorations for later. I don't mind doing those when it's cold, but the lights on the house are a pain when it's cold and windy!

Hope everyone is having a great week. Im working on a Granitex concrete job today. I'll have it finished tomorrow. This is only my second job with the Granitex coating. so far it is turning out great. I would have finished but my helper aka wife had to go coach basketball practice. I'll post pictures when it is finished.
