Vibrations
I have an '03 F250 6l powerstroke 4x4, and it seems like only after long trips on the interstates when i get off and into town driving i have a major vibration in the cab from 30-40mph. if i am going faster than that nothing, and if i am going slower than that nothing. its not a vibration in the steering wheel at all, i am talking about the whole cab shaking! almost like i am running over those white caution stips that are down on the road before you get to const. sites. and this vibration does not happen all the time during 30-40 either, which makes this even more confusing. anyone have any clue what this might be.

Have you used the 4x4 feature? Sometimes one of the hubs will stick and that will cause the front axles to be turning and they don't balance real well and can cause some vibrations. Hop out and have someone drive the truck toward you slowly and see if either front axle is turning. You will be able to tell by looking at the axle u-joint just inside the steering knuckle.
