Help me figure out what I am missing..

Ok..
Like stated .. Was cups..
I must of confused the fact that the o-ring could cause the smoke..
Anyhow he changed all cups and noted the cups that were used the last time are not the same shape as the Motocraft cups he just installed..
BTW - This is done on my EX and his labor was 5 hrs. WOW

Yep! OEM or not at all on cups, glow plugs, most o-rings and sensors.
Not bad.
