Sorry. The first quote "I got similar problems" confused me, and now especially due to the fact that his is not milky, yours is more milky, his is diesel and yours is not diesel unless there is some strange additive in your fuel, what could it be since it is thick and dark, and you do in fact have a cracked cup. Where did the possible additive come from?

Ok..
Like stated .. Was cups..
I must of confused the fact that the o-ring could cause the smoke..
Anyhow he changed all cups and noted the cups that were used the last time are not the same shape as the Motocraft cups he just installed..

BTW - This is done on my EX and his labor was 5 hrs. WOW

Yep! OEM or not at all on cups, glow plugs, most o-rings and sensors.
Not bad.
