I need to replace the oxygen sensors in my 95 f-150 with a 300/6 and M5OD. What ones need to be replaced (theres more then 1 isnt there?) and where is the best place to get them. Truck has 103,000 mi on it.
If you have OBDI, which is true of almost all 1995's, you only have one, otherwise if you have the diagnostic hookup at the bottom of your dash, then you have OBDII.
The best place I've found is autozone, and use the bosch. Bosch was OEM. Pep Boys might be cheaper if you have one where you live.
95 Models were still OBD I , OBD II didnt come into use until Jan Of 96 . You should have only one O2 Sensor . OBD II has both under hood & interior connections . Most of the underhood OBD II connections are for manufacturer specific scan tools , Like the Ford NGS Scan Tools , Interior OBD II connections are the typical 16 Pin Connecter .
