95 powerstroke no throttle response
I have a 95 f350 srw powerstroke when I bought the truck it had some electrical problems ie multi function switch didn't work. So I replaced that and a bunch more wires out of a 97 f350 drw powerstroke when I got the truck it drover no problems just lights didn't work. Now. I have no throttle the od off light is blinking and cel is on. A few other weird things with this truck. Speedo sits all the way topped out buy all other gauges work wipers come on when I turn the key to start but no other time and the key start works when it feels like it. I matched up all the conecctions so it shouldn't be having this problem almost seams like it's in limp mode or something. It sits at idle at 1k and won't move I noticed there is. Alot of oil on the cps. Could that be causing this

Update
I think I may need an ignition switch that could take care of some of the issues. I am also repacking the tcase lower shift linkage and I think when I was removing the rusted bolts I may have damaged the transmission range sensor. Could that cause the od off light to flash the cel light to come on and there to be no throttle response. It's also at 500 rpm not 1k
