So, what u r saying is that PCM is not part of the system, just ABS module.
So, let's say, someone has damaged their front sensors, they can just disconnect them and change ABS module and have 2wabs with no codes. Did I understand you correct?

Pikachu's procedure tells you how to. But to make it simple try to find a pin on the connector close to 12V to ground. That's module power.

PROBLEM SOLVED

UPDATE
Thank you all for your suggestions. PROBLEM SOLVED.
At first I checked 12v going to the ABS Module and it checked out OK. (Plug with 2 wires, just in case someone will read this post in the future).
Then I disconnected plug with most wires and drove around the block and checked codes. I lost my speedo, my O/D light started blinking and I pulled code P0500, which is code for VSS. When I turned on ignition with this plug disconnected, abs light came on and never turned off or even blinked.
Second plug I disconnected with 4 wires. Turned on the ignition and abs light came on, blinked off and stayed on. Drove around the block and pulled C1185.
Then I disconnected plug with 2 wires (12v+/-). ABS light came on and never blinked. After driving around the block I lost speedo, abs light on, but no codes. Had to drive around the block few times at different speeds and eventually O/D light started blinking. Pulled P0500 again. Because I got same code as my original problem, after pulling plug with 4 wires, I figured

that had to be the problem. And sure enough, upon closer inspection, my black wire was torn inside. Fixed the wire (will have to get new plug later) and code is gone. Tried both ABS modules (I monkey glued my old Module together) and both PCMs, no code.
Hope this helps someone in the future.
