My two 69's. The darker blue is Mr Blue, my 240 I6 three on the tree bone stock. The lighter blue is Twoie (blue too or two!) 302 V8 modified with granny gear 4 speed, power steering, and power assist front disk brakes from a later 70's f100. My wife and I drive them daily. The other two are projects. The green is a 70 302 three on the tree with a 69 grill. The brown is a 68 short wheel base 351 with a C6 tranny. And no i did't buy the V8 truck, Twoie, from Prater Ford. I bought it from an individual close to that dealership. Just so happens those are my cousins. Kinda cool to see you name on a Ford dealership. Early research indicates this truck was purchased in '69 from my cousins dealership though!

Texas, you have done a fabulous job restoring that rig.. Congratulations, on your time, effort, and results. I hang my hat in Granbury, when we are North of the Border, and always watch for Bumps still on the road. Hope to see yours in person some day. You can see my '68 if you come to Baja, Mexico some time. Until then, take care of yourself, and that ride...

I've been driving and camping in that bus since 1998! If you have been in Birmingham Alabama you may have seen it!! Or at the VolksJam VW show at Tannehill State Park!

Welcome to the forum amigo. You have a nice straight ride there, and by the looks of the palm tree shadow, I deduce that you are in a warm climate. Lucky you.. Years ago, I tied my snow shovel to the front of my truck, drove 1900 miles South, and when someone asked "What's That"?... I bought a house.

You will find that there are lots and lots of friendly & helpful people on this site, and most are members of the Bump Kingdom. Jefffafa created a humorous thread, where people are dubbed knights, squires, and dutiful members according to their habits, hobbies, likes, and characters. You will be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable, and helpful forum on any Ford topic, or individual specialty...

Please post some more photos of your ride... like inside, engine compartment, and a front view...

Salude amigo
