My excursion has all new parts in steering. But when I drive it and hit bumps in the road it will go to the left and feel like I is stuck I have to jerk it a little bit to get it to release. Anyone know what causes this I did flush the fluid. Thank You For any help!

Reason: should have used search thread for steering problems
The ball joints were replaced one and a half year ago and this just started a month before my post. When driving down the road it will just start veering left and steering is in straight position. More noticeable when hitting bumps or ruts in the road. Thank you for your thought.
Ok I took the tie rod off the left side when I did it came straight up and did not move back and forth as I believe it should do. I then tried to move it from left to right and no give. Then I put the nut on the tie rod and hit it with my 3lb hammer and it acted like it was locked in place. not normal to me.
