There isn't a piece of something on the harmonic balancer hitting the timing pointer is there?

No I checked for that.. I may have found the issue.. the fan clutch has play in it on the shaft..

It was the power steering pump shaft moving in and out and a slightly bent pulley. Saginaw pump, and new pulley fixed it. Now to fix the rocker tick..
