Turn signal switch

I have a 1972 Ford C-750 that I just took a bad turn signal switch out of. It has a Ford part number of DOTA 13B302-A. I've done some searching online and it appears that D1TZ 13341-A can also be used. Does anyone know if these are interchangeable?

E1HZ-13341-D replaced D1TZ-13341-A =

TASCA PARTS in Cranston RI has 1 = 401-681-1360.

PLEASANTVILLE FORD in Pleasantville NY has 1 = 914-769-1800.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 3 = 800-543-4959.

VINTAGE PARTS INC. in Beaver Dam WI has 256 = 877-846-8243.
