I just bought these, no center caps though. Are they a special center cap or just a regular one from the 16"?

Those are the Lariat version of the great '04 SD 18" rims, exactly what I run and yes they take the standard center caps, as a matter of fact only the KR, H-D and SVT versions of the '04 18"s had unique to the model caps, the Lariats came with the standard chromed cap.
