I just got done installing an efuel system in my 97 PS. Pump is coming on and I'm getting 70 PSI fuel pressure and no leaks. I also did the fuel bowl delete and realized that I forgot to connect the IPR connection. I connected it last night and tried to start her up but not getting there. It's like it's not getting fuel.
Any thoughts on what I might be missing or what to look for?

Thanks for the help in advance.
My truck took forever to get primed after I did e fuel. Make sure both your fuel filters have fuel in them if they do not already you might as well go and remove them and filling up with fuel and try starting the truck after that.
I filled the filters up before even trying to start the truck. Pressure was good enough to blow the original fuel return line (just replaced it from Dieselorings.com) . Should I be looking at the ICP or IPR?
Unfortunately I don't (but I'm looking to get one, they look sweet). I have a normal OBDII scanner but it's not going to show me pressure ranges like the system you refer to.
Yep, harness is plugged in. I'm using the fuel bowl heater wire to start the relay for the fuel pump. I'm turning the key on, pump comes on, wait to start is working, then it turns over like a beast, just doesn't seem to be getting the fuel.
Oh, it's Mark Fugazzoto's system (which is a sweet setup I have to say!). For the connections I used the Strictly Diesel OBS Fuel System Harness.
Without numbers I would be guessing. I would certainly recheck the IPR connector and make sure the wires are not mushy / melted. If you were cranking a lot before reconnecting the IPR might want to check the HPOP reservoir and top it off with oil.
I know the connector looks worn and I may not have a good connection. I'm thinking that I'm just going to get the replacement plug kit from DieselOrings for $10.00 and redo the connector.

I'm going to take a look when I get home.
You had to cut some wires for the E fuel . Make sure you cut the correct ones . I wasn't aware the fuel heater was on full time .
Woot! It was the IPR connector. I pushed on it and wiggled the wire. She screamed to life! Ran great!. New wicked wheel 2 sounding good. Idle sounds so much smoother!
I'm going to order the new connector and replace this one for sure.
Sorry to bother everyone. I have another question/issue.
When I turn the key on to get the Wait to Start and the fuel pump going, I wait and then try and start the truck. It takes about 10 seconds of cranking before it will start. I watch the Oil Temp gauge on the dash and as soon as it kicks over the truck will start. Does anyone know why I would have a delay? Seems I'm not getting oil pumped for a bit.
I checked oil in the truck and I'm good. I haven't opened the HPOP reservoir yet, but was thinking I didn't have to?
