Hey there, I picked up this truck not running and half apart, I cannot find a home for this brown connector and hoping someone can help! It is in the loom with the crank position sensor, seems like it wants to go over to the driver side of the engine but I cannot think of a sensor over there that I am missing, the oil pressure sensor is already hooked up. It is a 2004 F150 5.4L FX4.

 

Two things crop up to my eye

The wire size suggests its a power connection of some sort.........

Looks like it was possibly grafted onto or into the truck's wiring---does it look like a factory connection inside a loom or bundle?
