Are you showing a vehicle? I try to get there early on Saturday and see the cars as they drive in.
Can we set up a meeting for FTE people, maybe at the truck section?

I build to go not show but I think that the idea of meeting at the show can work. It will have to be in the morning for me. I will be leaving by noon for a bluegrass "pickin and potluck" event on my way back to Maine. I don't play anymore but like the music.
How about the truck section on the field next to a 48-52 at 10 AM. Hopefully there will be a least one.
Lets see who else would join us and we could swap cell #'s.

It will take more than 1 day to walk the entire swap meet. I would say 2 days is about the time to walk it once.

Set up day is Tuesday. The swap met is Weds-Saturday but many vendors pull up stakes late Friday or Saturday am. The show is on Saturday. It is a huge swap meet, see my earlier posting on walking it.
