Cylinder Balance Test
I am trying to run a Cylinder Balance Test per the instructions. I wait until the KOER test results are complete that then goose the throttle. After about a minute or two, I notice the engine gooses itself and then I wait...nothing flashes (I waited for 5 minutes). Tried it again in neutral, same thing. Am I doing something wrong, shouldn't I get some sort of code?

By "bank fired" he means 4 injectors on one side are activated and then the other four are. To do a cylinder balance test, you have to have sequential (one-by-one) fired (SEFI) injectors.

Cylinder Balance Test
The "banks" of injectors don't correspond to the cylinder banks - the 4 injectors in each group are spread across the engine; not all on one side. You can tell which bank they're on by the wires: they all have a red wire, but look at the OTHER wire.
