If I remember right, it should be pretty much the same between 1980-1996. I think that is the way LMC shows it.

I've thought about doing that. Are you going to use a new seal or
the existing one?

If the seal is not cracked, split, or torn and still reasonably flexible, you can. I did - I just cleaned it really well with soap and water (long bristle brush into the crevices), then let it soak in a heavy coat of armor-all. It was shiny and flexible again after that.

If it is a factory slider you need the slider rear gasket.
The groove will fit over the wider channel of a factory slider.
If its aftermarket (like CRL) you can use the existing single glass gasket, because these are made with a flange the thickness of the old glass.

FYI, Go-Jo hand cleaner or 'personal lubricant' makes it a LOT easier to pull the rubber seal through the cab opening with a cord.

If the sliding back glass latch is a cheap piece of plastic that has to be folded over upon itself, it's probably genuine Ford.

C. R. Laurence makes the DVL2 replacement latch in metal.
It's only about $7.

KY Jelly, petroleum jelly, or mineral oil are WAY Better than ArmorCrap. I've also used olive oil on weatherstrips,etc...Slather the seal and lay it in the sun for an hour or so......pliable. IMO....Armorall is garbage.
