It's done!

Finally got my pole barn/ garage finished! It's 40' x 30' with a 12' lean-to open to the main area. I did 12' ceilings throughout except for the bay with the lift I put scissor trusses with a 3/12 pitch on the inside for clearance of the lift and open hoods on cars... Just buttoning up some wiring before it gets turned on. I can't wait to get in there this winter and start building my trucks!

How thick is your slab? Beautiful job.

@FortyNiner Thanks...It has been my dream to have this for a long time. Last year we purchased a house with some land and I finally had the room to do it.

Looking to do the same here in the future. Looks great. Do you like the 2 post vs 4 post lift better. Know there is some preferences to this. What kind of lift is it? Did you install yourself? Hard to do?

Thats a very nice shop indeed. Can i suggest the spray insulation now before you start filling it up and getting those cold winters.

I agree. Keeps the metal walls from sweating as well.
