Is there a thread or forum that explains how to use this site? I can't find how to save a thread to some sort of favorites list, or maybe this feature does not exist. Other general questions like what is PM, number of posts needed for certain features of this site, is there a profile picture option, ect... Maybe someone more computer literate would have an easier time, I've spent hours trying to figure some of this out. Is there a better place to post this?

If you respond or post to a thread, you have subscribed to that particular thread and will receive email notification if anyone else adds a new reply. In your User CP (Control Panel) the threads you have subscribed to are listed and the control panel has options listed to Edit your profile, add pictures and text for the Signature.
