front end alignment

hi guys today i took my 2000 ford f250 2wd for and alignment. the mechanic told me that the lateral beams on it are bended and will need to be replaced. can someone elaborate on that for me? what exactly are the lateral beams? thanks.

There are lateral links and arms. Don't know where lateral beams would be.

With the I Beam construction, the camber can be adjusted with shims. The toe is easy enough with the tie rods as well, and shouldn't have any affect with the I Beam.
I don't believe caster can be adjusted.

I agree...New shop too.
