I didn't think a front end could get uglier after the 11-16. What a horrible looking truck. I would definitely like to see more of it but from the first pictures I'm far from impressed
Man, they tried so hard to build the excitement... 21 hours before the unveiling, it get unveiled by someone with access to the private video... I kind of feel bad for them. I see the name Eric Hancock on the 2nd image. I suspect Ford won't be happy with him if he works for them.
This pic of a new F150 from the F150forum is at a similar angle to the first picture above. It looks similar to the F150 cab. There is a more pronounced crease above the door handles, and the hood / fenders are clearly different, but door sill line, A, B, and C pillars look the same. I think the cavernous F150 rear seat will be there.
I'm not liking it either. Mostly the front end. The grille and headlight design is hideous! Maybe it will get a face lift in 19 or 20 and look better...
I like it! It's definitely different but that's what everybody has been asking for. I didn't like the 2015 f-150s when I first saw them but now with the right configuration I think they are sexy as hell.
With what I have seen so far of this black 2017 superduty, it looks good, I'm not particularly crazy about the way the grill interacts with the headlights but maybe if it was one of the more xlt type models that have less chrome on the grill, it could make all the difference and look bitchin.
The cab looks beautiful. And it will be much easier to find an 8' bed on a Super Duty than the new F-150. This may be my next truck.
The unveiling at the SFOT would have been after everyone saw what it looked like anyway. The embargo on the Super Duty ends at 12:01 am tonight. So this leak is only about 6 hours early from this point forward.
