Will the gauge cluster from a 2006 ranger swap with a 1996 without plug or wiring issues? Thanks in advance for the input.
Absolutely not. 2006 Ranger uses the CAN bus (96 does not) and there is a microprocessor in the 2004+ gauge clusters. It's deeper than just the digital odometer.
