Running rough

I have a 94 f 250 with the 7.5 I'm having an issue where it acts like it's running out of gas while going down the road it idles fine and for the first mile or 2 it runs fine but then it starts sputtering and bogging down when it does this I can shut the engine off and crank it back up and it's fine for about another 2 miles I've done a fuel pressure test and it stays right at 30 psi on both tanks but doesn't go up or down when going down the road I've changed fuel filter, TFI module, coil pack, TPS sensor, fuel pressure regulator, MAP sensor, and distributor and nothing helps I'm about ready to pull my hair out can anyone help me with this

None that I've found plus I don't think a vacuum leak would reset itself when the ignition is cycled and a vacuum leak would throw a code

Had a similar although not as bad situation on my 96 250 5.8. Ended up replacing the pcv valve and replacing a rubber elbow that I found to be cracked thus resulting in a vacuum leak. I did not have any codes either.

one other thing my be the temp sensor if I remember correctly its input is taken into account fuel air mixture...maybe that is bad or you have a coolant problem...long shot I know

I was gonna say pcv, I just replaced mine and a slew of other parts had a similar problem but wasn't sure what part cured it

I don't think it's the pump because it does it on both tanks each tank has its on on pump I had thought it was the switching valve for the tanks but that doesn't explain why I can cycle the switch and it runs fine

I just had same problem started doing same as you said ...Fix was switching valve replacement and both pumps in tank ..only thing I can come up with what that happened was switching valve is just rubber valves inside started to stick and tank pumps could not do it ( they are just primer pumps ..inline is the main pressure pump and yes I had 30 psi but when I worked throttle cable it fell to 20 and would stumble bad )..I checked my tank pumps first by unhooking my main pump and listening for either front or back tank to come on nothing..next I unhooked lines to the tanks and had wife turn switch on and crank nothing no fuel coming out of neither tank so I brought new front tank pump easiest to get too replaced it and it ran better but still stumbled so I got to tracing lines all lead back to switching valve and to tanks makes sense both tanks 4 lines into valve and 2 out then main pump to engine.yes ethernol gas is a issue this stuff cant sit in tank for long periods

I think we have a different set up because the only pumps I have are in the tank no other pump is anywhere on the lines but my pressure stays at 30 no matter what I'm doing at idle or under heavy load it do Sent change its suppose to be between 30 and 45

1 line off each tank then meets and becomes 1 line then through the filter then up to the injector rail only other line is a return line
