I just bought a 1995 f550 w/ a 7.3 power stroke. Been running good other then last week on of the hoses off of the turbo came loose and i was loosing a lot of boost but got that fixed. Today i changed the oil and everything went well. After i checked the amount of oil on the dipstick. I started it up and went for a small ride. I noticed that the engine started to have a very loud sporatic idle with a check engine. It almost sounded like a big block with a high lift cam. The truck drives fine. It started to only do it when not in gear then started when i'd come to a stop with the engine idleing in drive. Any ideas???? It's still under warranty and i'll have it at the dealer tomorrow just wondering what you guys thought.
