Ford did.
The F250s had at least one innie Type 1 that was used. Front and back on the F250 2WD and rear only on F250 4WD. The 4WD front hubs stick out even further than the rears.
They made them in painted and stainless steel varieties. I run them on my F250s
A decent thread here - I don't think they are reproduced yet - F100 yes, but not the larger ones for the F250.
