Sooo, just got my truck emissions test done and after changing the exhaust manifolds O2 sensor and the IAC Valve, it has finally passed. (random rant)
ANYWAYS! I'm still having a problem going on and it's mind boggling so I thought I would ask you guys here. When I'm accelerating around 35mph the truck shakes like hell, I have to let off the gas completely and slowly accelerate, even sometimes that doesn't work it will keep shaking.Only starts happening around 35mph. I have no codes popping up or anything. I was thinking maybe oil pressure? But I feel like the oil pressure is fine. It does need new spark plugs and wires but I wouldn't think it would make it do that kind of shaking. I thought it might be my IAC so I ordered one but went ahead and cleaned the old one and the code went away for that.
No more like a hesitation. Like it doesn't wanna go anywhere. I gotta stomp on it to make it Go. No codes are showing. About to do a tune up tomorrow. Spark plugs rotor and cap and wires. See if that may help. Hard to explain it.
Ah ic ic. I would recommend the six liter tuneup. If you haven't already. Well worth it, night and day difference in my 94. That still doesn't help solve yer problem my apologies. Maybe the tps or a vacuum issue? Not sure.

And maybe a blocks cat? I've heard that could cause problems but just speculating at this point.

I was thinking maybe a U joint problem? Idk. No codes are being thrown and it only does it right around 35mph. Definitely front end area. The truck has dual exhaust which might be a few years old but nothing under there is messing up. It's not misfiring either. So idk man. Thanks for your help so far.

Ah ic ic well I hope you find and resolve the issue. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
So I did the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. It definitely feels better. But the damn shake is still there!! It's around 35-50mph it starts and I gotta let off the gas or stomp on it one or the other. I have a New EGR Valve,New IAC valve, All New Vaccum Lines and a New O2 Sensor. No codes so far though, I did get rid of the ones I had. I'm not sure it's a engine problem anymore. Idk someone help!!! (haha)

Another shot in the dark here, but what type of fuel do you normally use? I run nothing but 91, my pickup hates 85 and even 87. Maybe a fueling issue. The whole no codes thing makes this really hard. I know I don't have tell you. Lol

Haha I have used 85,87 not 91 yet. I'll try that next fill up. Umma change the fuel filter. It shakes/shudders/hesitates. Right at 35-55 mph range. If I don't press on the gas more it just keeps doing it but if i floor it or whatever it's fine. Idk I'm about to just take it in and see what they can find.
