Engine and system maintenance

Hello community,

I have a diesel 1995 ford E-350 short bus with a 7.3L Powerstroke engine with 220,000miles on it. I live in this vehicle so it is more than a big truck to me.

Posting this to receive a comprehensive report on maintaning this vehicle.
How often to change:

(Fluids)
Oil:
Transmission:
Radiator:
Break:
Steering:
Etc

(filters)
Fuel:
Oil:
Etc

Glow plugs?

Plus other parts for upkeep of engine and system in general.
I realize there is a lot I am not listing here. I appreciate any and all help.

Thank you all so much

The holy spirit

Oil needs to be changed at least every 5000 I'd say, 2-3k if you want it to tast a lot longer, trans every 20-30k and if you want it to last once a year. coolant should be changed every 50k, brake fluid should be flushed when you get a new caliper or something so every 100k, unless you notice some braking problems. power steering every 50 i think. fuel filter every 15k unless it needs to be changed more often also drain the fuel bowl every time you change it (check it once a week or so.) Oil filter every 5-7k, Glow plugs dont need to be changed unless you have trouble starting in the cold. all of this maintainence info is in your owners manual and diesel supplement. capacities are too.
