BTW, I would like to get one of these tag holders and was wondering if these lights would mount. The link posted here on amazon says that tag holder will not work on my 2005 EX. Must be a different model number for mine.

No. Rigid brand offroad lights are expensive. Those are some Chinese knock-offs.
Not saying they won't work since there a TON of offroad LED's available, I'm just saying they aren the same ones, like you asked.
