i have a 1960 paneltruck and it's in need of help.this truck has been stored under a tarp for years. the price was right at $400 it runs,still has the original 6 cyl. 3spd. soon to be replaced with a 1976 460 automatic with a disk brake rear end. if anyone has any ideas for this project please reply

Dang I should of took a pic of that panel i swa today. It was lifted had bright orange paint and had a chin guard off a football helmet on the front(it was extra large ) and he had all kinds of browns memorbila. I've seen some really nice one's lowered to. If you goto paneltruck.com there's a ton of 60's floating around there. -4speed
I have a 60 panel project underway also. It's my second one so I kinda know my way around the things. This one tho, I'm putting on top of a 77 Van frame so it'll have steering and stopping. Thinkin about a fiberglass tilt front end. What are you putting in for a disc rear end? Lincoln?
