Taking Off My Chip

I just bought a 2001 Ford Ranger edge v6 4.0L. My truck only goes up to 90mph, so I want to remove that chip. How do I do it or what do I need to do.

There is no chip to remove. You can add a chip to it though that might raise the limiter, depending on the ECM code.
