From what I understand, chips are best after you've done other things. I don't have one. You might check in the Computer Tuning forum.
The best air filter kit appears to be a homemade one. Wrap your intake tubes with insulating tape, then possibly a K&N or other replacement filter.
Great exhaust systems are plentiful, and opinions vary. I don't have one yet but from what I've read:
Borla, JBA, and Bassani make great headers.
Flowmaster, Borla, Dynomax, Magnaflow make great mufflers.
For a complete system, Bassani or Borla.
Those modifications won't matter because they aren't radical enough to impact chip programming. Before or after, the chip programming would be the same.
