61-66 Custom Grilles
Does anyone make a custom or tube grille for these trucks? I've seen 2 or 3 pics of trucks with them on other sites but I'm guessing they were fabricated by the owners or a private individual. I'd like to find or make one for my 62. If anyone has any pics of these grilles please e-mail them too me. I'm looking for ideas for mine.

I don't think any made. If you see them, they were probably fabricated. I would love to see them available though. Seems like there would be a market for them. That and roll pans.

The problem with our trucks is that the grill is intregal to the headlight ucket area. Most aftermarket grills are usually inserts that do not replace the headlight area.
Costs would be way too high for aftermarket grills.

I also believe there are some differences between the years. I have two nice '63 grills; the bottom mounting tabs and bolt holes don't line up anywhere close to the bolt holes on my beat-up 64 front end (part of the reason I swapped the whole front-ends to put the nicest one on the nicer truck). Although I wouldn't mind doing a little fabrication to put a cool one on it...
