Howdy guys. I hope you'll forgive this old guy if this is not where this belongs. I'm new to the world of Forums.
Me: Retired Firefighter, born and raised in the greater L.A. area.
Truck: First bought "Xena" in 2005, a 2001 F350 Dually Crew cab long bed with the 7.3, my first diesel. I enjoy her more everyday. I know that sounds so dang sappy, but my friends say I'll probably request to be buried in her (not so).
I'm finally in a position to start throwing some fun parts at her. I have a good mechanic but do the easy stuff myself. Brakes first.
Does $2000 sound about right for a tuner, turbo back exhaust and a cold air box ? That's with the mechanic doing all the knuckle busting.
